Hymn for Christmas Day in score, composed and most respectfully dedicated to the choir of Moretonhampstead Church by George Browne Brock, Moretonhampstead, Devon. London. Printed for the Author by Gerock Astor & Co. 1820.

An elaborate West Gallery-style setting. It is suggested (editorially) that during the choruses the flute, violin and 'cello should double the treble, alto and bass voices respectively.
Lyrics: Anon

Christians awake, your voices raise
In loud triumphant songs of praise
And hail this happy morn.
Now let your hearts in concert move
And ev'ry voice be tuned by love,
And sing a Saviour's born.

He came to bid our world in peace
And ev'ry fear remove;
To save mankind from sin and woe,
And heav'nly gifts on them bestow,
With blessings from above.

Glory to God who reigns on high,
Let ev'ry voice enraptured cry,
For our Redeemer's birth.
Let ev'ry heart and ev'ry tongue
Proclaim aloud the heav'nly song
Through all the realms of earth.
