Un compagnon s'amie menassa
D'aller la nuit avec elle coucher:
Mais asprement ella le repoulsa:
Disant qu'au lit elle ferait cacher
Son grand couteau pour à mort l'en toucher.
Ce nonobstant d'y aller ne fault mie:
Et la trouvant comme toute endormie
Monte dessus & la déhousse beau.
Puis veut s'oster mais ferrant dit l'amie:
"Demeure ami, je n'ai point de couteau".

So this chum's threatening his g.f.
With going to bunk up with her that night:
And she's rebuffing him harshly saying that
She'll hide her carving knife in the bed
To kill anyone as touches her.
He's totally unfazed,
And finding her purportedly deep asleep he
Gets on top and gives her a good seeing to.
Then he wants to leave off, but the g.f. says forcefully
"Stay right there mate - I've got no knife".
